Job Summary:


The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities and convert leads into sales in the field of Electrical Panel, Automation, IOT and Digitization.



Role Document:


  1. Person should have been involved in business development, Generating leads.
  2. Should be meeting & Exceeding Goals.
  3. Should do customer relationship management.
  4. Should be able to do Price scheduling & Budgeting.
  5. Prepare Monthly & Weekly Reports.
  6. Sales Presentation.
  7. Should keep Track of Competitors of various products / OEM and should be able to tell the USP of our products.
  8. He should be able to understand customer requirements & make appropriate proposals.
  9. He should be able to do coordination with the Design & Costing department for details of enquiry to make an appropriate offer.
  10. He should be able to make appropriate proposals and submit & discuss with customers for technical review.
  11. He should be a good communicator & negotiator.
  12. Should be involved in after sales service & coordinate with the Service Department.
  13. Should be able to do Payment Follow-ups.
  14. Should be able to plan / Schedule Customer visits & keep records of them.


Experience & Knowledge:


  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales/BD in department & Institutes & Industries.
  2. Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is a must.
  3. Candidates with Market knowledge of Electrical Panel, Automation Solution, Energy Saving Solutions & IOT products will be preferred.
  4. People who are familiar with Electrical/Automation products of ABB /SIEMENS /SCHNEIDER /MITSUBISHI will be preferred.
  5. Knowledge of LT / HT Switchgear & Electrical Control panels is preferable.
  6. Basic costing knowledge.
  7. Basic Taxation Knowledge.
  8. Qualification required is Diploma/ Btech in Electrical/Electronics.



Skills:


  1. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  2. Basic working in CRM / ERP.
  3. Should have good command in excel sheets / PPT etc.
  4. Excellent Communication Skill in English / Oriya is a must.
  5. Good Commercial & Negotiation Skill.
  6. Should be able to do presentations in front of customers / Clients.
  7. Excellent Follow Up / Negotiation and social problem-solving skills

  2. Should be of Pleasant Personality.
  3. Good customer relationship.
  4. Customer oriented Attitude.



Others:


  1. There should be job stability, not someone who has been jumping jobs often.
  2. Preferably working in & around Bhubaneswar with 45 min- 1 hr travel.
  3. Willing to work in Odisha & nearby territories.
  4. Preferable Age 24-28 Yrs.
