Job Summary:


The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with clients. This role is critical in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the field of Electrical Panel, Automation, IOT and Digitization.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Should build long term relationships with potential and existing customers.
  2. Should be able to make a Business Strategy for Business Growth.
  3. Must have enthusiastic customer approach with good sales technical skills and knowledge in order to deal with the customer and know exact requirements.
  4. Should be meeting & exceeding goals for his team members.
  5. Must work on tender process on various portals and major government companies for the company revenue generation.
  6. Should be able to understand Automation or Electrical Panel Products and Services.
  7. Should be able to do Price scheduling & Budgeting & tracking them for his team.
  8. Should be able to work with a team of 5-10 people & track their performances.
  9. Prepare Monthly & Weekly Reports of entire sales team regarding the performance of each team member.
  10. Should have good knowledge on the Sales Presentation for every client as per the requirement.
  11. Should keep Track of Competitors of various products / OEM and should be able to tell the USP of our products.
  12. He should be able to understand customer /Sales Engineer requirements & make appropriate proposals.
  13. He should be able to do coordination with the Sales Engineer, Design & Costing department for details of enquiry to make an appropriate offer.
  14. He should be able to make appropriate proposals and submit & discuss with customers for technical reviews if required.
  15. He should be a good communicator & negotiator for large value orders.
  16. Should be involved in after sales service & coordinate with the Service Departments.
  17. Should be able to do Payment Follow-ups.
  18. Should be able to plan / Schedule Customer visits of Sales Engineers & keep records of them.


Qualifications and Experience Required:


  1. Minimum 5-7 Years and above of Experience in Sales/BD in department, Institutes, Industries & managing team size of 5-10 Engineers.
  2. Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales & Team Management is a must.
  3. Candidates with Market knowledge of Electrical Panel, Automation Solution, Energy Saving Solutions & IOT products will be preferred.
  4. People who are familiar with Electrical/Automation products of ABB /SIEMENS /SCHNEIDER /MITSUBISHI will be preferred.
  5. Knowledge of LT / HT Switchgear & Electrical Control panels is preferable.
  6. Complete costing knowledge.
  7. Complete Taxation Knowledge.
  8. Qualification required is Diploma/ Btech in Electrical/Electronic with MBA will be preferred.


Skills:


  1. Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
  2. Good working in CRM / ERP /Charts etc.
  3. Should have good command in excel sheets / PPT etc.
  4. Excellent Communication Skill in English / Oriya is a must.
  5. Good Commercial & Negotiation Skill for high value ticket sales.
  6. Should be able to do presentations in front of customers / Clients.
  7. Excellent Follow Up / Negotiation and social problem-solving skills

  2. Ability to take responsibility for the team working & motivate them.
  3. Should be a pleasant but Aggressive working person.
  4. Good customer relationship.

  2. Preferably working in & around Bhubaneswar with 45 min- 1 hr travel.
  3. Willing to work in Odisha & nearby territories.
